A while ago—2011 to be exact—I took to the slopes of Lake Placid. Well, I didn’t actually ski down any hills; I went up the mountain by these lifts, and went down the same way. I did, however, enjoy the great view offered here though. It was a clear and crisp day allowing us to see miles and miles ahead.

The mountain view was quite breathtaking, and to soak it all in on such a great day was just a bonus. This photo was also edited with Photomatix Pro, with some final editing in Photoshop to sharpen the overall image. Looking back at my photos, I can see how my editing style has somewhat changed since 2011.
