elcome to Behind the scenes with Anthea & Ken. This site is dedicated to Anthea & Ken's wedding day on Saturday July 12, 2003. As a groomsman and principle driver for the day, I was able to get a more unique perspective of the event following the happy couple and the wedding party around.

The pictures on this website are all taken by myself and represent more of a photojournalistic approach at seeing things. Instead of the formal shots with people lined up after one another, I chose to take more candid shots of everyone throughout the day, thinking this would better represent what happened. You get a much better feeling of how people felt that day, and each picture tells a more interesting story. The formal shots I left to the professional photographer because after all, that's what he was there for.

You can enjoy these pictures in two different ways: The black and white series, and the uncut series. The black and white series are selected photos that I felt told a different story when cropped from its original frame. Each picture speaks volumes about the event. The uncut series are all the photos that I took throughout the day, uncropped from its original frame. With only minor colour corrections made to each photo, you can see how the two series depict different meanings when looked at it from another perspective.
