The decor is refreshingly modern and tastefully done. Having lived overseas for 20 years, it was a huge disappointment to return to Canada only to find that the restaurants in this part of the world have not kept up with their European counterparts - not even close. Finding Spoon & Fork was a wonderful surprise! Both my partner and I consider ourselves somewhat Thai-food afficienados and Spoon and Fork is our 'go-to' when we want a relatively inexpensive meal with wonderful ambiance and fabulous service. They sell items on ebay with hidden extra shipping costs that are not revealed in the usual "shipping costs" area of the page. They tack these charges on after you win the auction, and threaten you with bad feedback if you don't pay up. That constitutes extortion, plain and simple. Look at any negative feedback they have received and you will see that they retaliate with negative feedback for the one who left it, regardless of how legitimate the complaint might be. These guys are absolute crooks -- avoid them! It took me dozens of emails and phone calls to remove the bad feedback they left for me (the only negative feedback I've ever received, by the way!).
