Curry rice is good for your soul.

I’ve been having curry lately. A lot in fact. Today, I had two types of curry for lunch, and yet another type for dinner. My family has been experimenting with different curry recipes and it doesn’t seem to stop. Not that I mind of course. I love curry and trying new things out.

Indian curry seems pretty involved and is rather time consuming to make, but the reward is well worth the effort. Japanese curry has a different spiciness to it and is always one of my favourites. I’m quite happy with the instant curry mixes that House or S&B makes. I can’t have enough of them.

I haven’t been updating my blog as of late because I’ve been fairly occupied with U&I Magazine’s second issue, which has a deadline of this coming Monday. Will I be able to make it? I sure hope so. I foolishly set this deadline over the Chinese New Year’s weekend – unknowingly of course. I had to cancel my 48 disposable camera challenge since I don’t think I’ll be able to take anything worthwhile when I’m stuck in my room finishing up my magazine. This one’s going to be yet another fine product. Thanks for all your patience everyone!
